Flarestead ("we", "our", "us") is committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value. There are no hidden fees, handling charges, or surprise costs at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note that during peak periods, promotional events, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to get your order out as fast as possible.

3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5–14 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to destination, customs processing, public holidays, or high-demand periods. These estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Order Tracking
Every order ships with full tracking. Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your package in real time from our warehouse to your door. If your tracking information has not updated within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@flarestead.com and we will investigate immediately.

5. Fulfilment & Logistics
To ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery experience, we work with a network of trusted fulfilment partners and logistics carriers. Our fulfilment centres are strategically located across the United States and other regions, allowing us to dispatch your order from the facility closest to you with available stock. This means shorter delivery times and more efficient routing for your package. All products undergo the same strict quality control checks before dispatch, regardless of which facility they ship from. Our packaging is designed to protect your BBQ accessories during transit, with reinforced materials to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@flarestead.com. We will work with our shipping carrier to locate your package and provide you with an update. In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are unable to modify shipping details once an order has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will reship the order at no extra charge, but additional delivery time will apply.
