The SearTorch Pro™ is built with a triple safety system — a built-in safety lock prevents accidental ignition, a heat-resistant nozzle protects your hands, and the adjustable flame gives you complete control at all times.

It's safer than the lighter fluid you're pouring on your charcoal right now. No flare-ups, no chemical burns, no surprises. If it ever feels unsafe, our Lifetime Guarantee has you covered — no questions asked.

Your grill heats to around 500°F. The SearTorch Pro™ hits 3272°F of direct flame — that's 6x hotter. That difference is exactly what separates a grey, rubbery steak from a golden, caramelized crust that locks in every drop of juice.

Your grill cooks the inside. The SearTorch finishes it like a steakhouse.

Not at all. One press of the built-in igniter and you have a full flame in seconds — no matches, no lighters, no setup. If you can press a button, you can use the SearTorch Pro™.

Most customers are searing their first steak within 60 seconds of opening the box. The only thing you need to know how to do is enjoy it.

The Toxic Chemical Hiding in Your Lighter Fluid — And Why Millions Are Switching

What most Americans pour on their charcoal every weekend may be contaminating more than just the air around their grill.

Health Desk · 5 min read

Lighter fluid has been a backyard staple for decades. But what most grillers don't realize is that lighter fluid contains benzene — a known carcinogen — that can transfer directly onto food when the chemical hasn't fully burned off before cooking begins.

Health experts recommend waiting at least 20 minutes after applying lighter fluid before placing food on the grill. Most people wait far less — or not at all.

"Benzene exposure from lighter fluid is a real and underreported concern. The simplest fix is to eliminate lighter fluid entirely from your grilling routine." — Dr. James Okafor, Environmental Health

That's exactly why propane torches like SearTorch Pro™ are gaining traction. A direct propane flame lights charcoal in 45 seconds — with no chemicals, no residue, and nothing touching your food but heat.

Lighter Fluid Releases Benzene Onto Your Food Every Time You Grill — Here's the Safer Alternative

The summer grilling tradition comes with a chemical risk most families have never been warned about.

Health Desk · 4 min read

Every summer, millions of Americans repeat the same ritual: soak charcoal in lighter fluid, toss a match, and wait. What they don't know is that the chemical smell lingering on the grill doesn't just disappear — traces of it end up in the food.

"Lighter fluid residue on food is a real concern, especially for children. The safest approach is to use a clean heat source like a propane torch that leaves zero chemical residue." — Consumer Safety Researcher

Propane torches like SearTorch Pro™ eliminate the problem entirely. 3272°F of pure flame hits the charcoal directly, lighting it in 45 seconds — with no fluid, no chemicals, and no contamination risk whatsoever.

Why Serious Grillers Are Ditching Lighter Fluid For Good

The backyard BBQ community is moving away from a decades-old habit — and the reason is simpler than you'd think.

Home Desk · 5 min read

Ask any serious griller what they've changed about their routine in the last few years, and the answer keeps coming up: lighter fluid is out. The reasons are simple — it's slow, it's messy, it smells, and it affects the taste of the meat.

"I spent 18 minutes every Sunday just trying to get my charcoal going. First time I used a propane torch I had full coals in 45 seconds. I felt genuinely stupid for not switching sooner." — Marcus T., verified buyer

Tools like SearTorch Pro™ are leading this shift — a precision propane torch that delivers 3272°F of direct flame, lighting any charcoal or wood in seconds, with complete control and zero chemical aftertaste.

The Propane Torch Changing How America Lights Its Grill

A new kind of BBQ tool is selling out across the country — and backyard grillers say it's the best upgrade they've ever made.

Lifestyle Desk · 4 min read

When David R. from Texas tried SearTorch Pro™ for the first time, he was skeptical. "I've tried every charcoal starter out there," he admits. "Chimneys, electric starters, lighter fluid. This is the first time I lit my grill and actually felt in control."

Over 18,000 verified reviews. The most common feedback: "45 seconds to full coals — and my steak finally has a real sear. I'll never go back to lighter fluid."

The SearTorch Pro™ reaches 3272°F with one press of its built-in igniter, lighting charcoal, wood, or fireplace logs in seconds. A triple safety lock and adjustable flame make it as safe as it is powerful.

From 18 Minutes to 45 Seconds — The BBQ Tool Grill Masters Are Obsessing Over

The most frustrating part of grilling just got eliminated — and it only takes one press.

Home & Garden Desk · 5 min read

Lighting charcoal has always been the price you pay for a great cookout. The soaking, the waiting, the chemical smell, the flare-ups — followed by another 15 minutes just waiting for the fluid to burn off before the food can go on.

Verified: A first-time user lit a full chimney of charcoal in under a minute — with zero lighter fluid and zero waiting. "My only regret is not buying this the first summer I started grilling."

SearTorch Pro™ brings that process down to 45 seconds flat. A 3272°F propane flame hits the charcoal directly, igniting it instantly with no chemicals, no flare-ups, and no aftertaste — leaving nothing between you and the perfect sear.

Grill With Fire. Not With Chemicals.

Lighter fluid leaves benzene residue on your charcoal — and on your food. The SearTorch Pro™ uses pure flame only.

What hits your meat is heat. Nothing more.

I've owned 6 different grill brushes in the last 4 years. Wire, nylon, steam, the bristle-free coil ones. Nothing comes close to this. My Weber used to take me 25-30 minutes to scrub clean after a brisket cook. I literally TIMED my last cleanup with GrillShine Pro: 2 minutes and 8 seconds. I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the first grill brush I've ever wanted to write a review for.

Last summer my wife bit into a burger and pulled a thin wire bristle out of her mouth. Could've been so much worse with my kids. That night I threw out every wire brush in the garage. For the next 3 months I cleaned my grill with crumpled aluminum foil because I refused to risk it again. A buddy showed me GrillShine Pro at a tailgate. Bought one that night. It cleans better than my old wire brush ever did. Worth every penny just for the peace of mind.

I run a Blackstone 36" griddle AND a Traeger Pro 575. Was nervous one brush could handle both — the flat top + grate grooves are totally different cleanup jobs. The 180° pivoting head literally adjusts perfectly to get into those grates. Flat across the Blackstone, angled into every Traeger groove. Same brush, both grills, perfect results. Honestly should've cost twice as much for what it does.
